                Once upon a time, New York had six boroughs: Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island and the last one: Beautiful District. Beautiful District was between Manhattan and Bronx, and it was also as big as Queens. This borough had to have a park which was called “The Little Hairy Goats Park”; there were one hundred and sixteen goats, no more. There all were hairy like spiders because of nuclear clouds from New Jersey. In this park, there were big trees everywhere, tables to eat and in the middle of the garden, there was a skyscraper called “The Heart of the Beautiful District”. This skyscraper was called like that because it was inside that the French creator of the borough, a tall man named Jean, with beautiful ideas, had lived when he was a child. In  nineteen ninety eight ; Jean was twenty years old and he finished his studies. One day , the radio, press and television announced “The Heart” would be destroyed because this skyscraper took much place and it was necessary to build some new things in New York. This building was not called  “The Heart” but “The Ghost of New York” because of its antiquity and its conditions. The skyscraper meant a lot to Jean because he spent his childhood there and he spent some good moments to play with his friends in this place. This man didn't want to leave the building like that and he had decided to do everything to keep “The Heart”. He arranged meetings, did events in all New York, authorities had given their agreements to repel for one year the destruction of the skyscraper. Jean helped an estimated ten thousand people who participated to the event and it was around eight long months. Finally they renovated the building. They fit out all around the building with big gardens, children games, shops and French restaurants. Beautiful District was the one and only borough which had a park with little hairy goats. They were hairy because a black nuclear cloud of central nuclear from New Jersey had contaminated the goats, therefore this park was called “The Littles Hairy Goats Park”. The night , the district was full of lights like Paris lights. It became a real french borough in New York! Gradually “The Ghost of New York” became again “The Heart”. Jean was delighted to see “The Heart” was not destructed and finally renoved and Beautiful Disctrict become the french borough and the sixth borough of New York.
